CPD Program Affiliate Participation

Typical CPD Day

To supplement the other CPD sanctioned events and training sessions, we have implemented a model of CPD onsite events at Affiliates premises.

The concept is that these events are attended by full members of the association, to inform them about current trends, developments, standards, research, comparable markets, issues, concerns, successes, failures etc. We are critically reviewed on the content and it can't be a sales session. We want the back story. The behind the scenes information from the manufacturer or distributor so we better understand why things are as they are and where they are going.

If you represent your industry on standards committee’s or industry associations or other forums, we are interested to know the issues and outcomes.

Typically, we provide 3 hours face to face time with a few sandwiches afterwards.

The program is variable but usually runs as follows:

Registration 08:30
Session 1   09.00 – 10.00
Break 1 10.00 – 10.15
Session 2 10.15 – 11.15
Break 2   11.15 – 11.30
Session 3       11.30 – 12.30

We plan to run 6-8 onsite sessions per year so if you are interested please contact the CPD Coordinator to discuss the options.
